The Farm, which belongs to the well-know Oil Road of Monti Pisani, has been producing a high-quality organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for years (appellation I.G.P.Tuscan – Protected Geographical Indication). We offer the possibility to taste our Oil, combined with typical dishes, at the Restaurant; or, you can taste and buy it directly at the Farmhouse.

Our Olixir (a bittersweat digestive)

Through a particular process, by using the olives which give our Oil, we get a liqueur with a unique taste, perfect to end large meals thanks to its digestive characteristics.
