The Farmhouse, which is situated halfway up Monte Pisano, in the centre of Valgraziosa, open to the sea and protected from cold winds, enjoys a healthy and pleasant climate all year round. The Farm has 44 acres of olive trees and 62 acres of wood and produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Honey. The Farm includes a horse-breeding centre, too.

Podere "San Bernardo"
Podere San Bernardo, close to the little Romanesque church of the same name, is the first of the three accomodations of our Farm Holidays, and it is used as a welcoming place and Restaurant.
This rural home consists of two floors:
- the ground floor has a tea room, a kitchen, which is used by the owners to cook typical meals for their guests, a dining room (20 places) and toilets.
- at the first floor, there are a wide dining room (40 places), with a fine view over the green landscape of Monti Pisani, and a small one with fireplace (20 places), which is particularly suitable for job meetings.

Podere "Cecchetto"
Walking for 700 metres along the dirt road which comes down from Podere San Bernardo, you can enjoy a wonderful landscape while getting to Podere Cecchetto. This building is an original Tuscan farmhouse, restored and surrounded by an evergreen hedge and fragrant plants.
- at the ground floor, the rural home opens on to a shared living room with fireplace and TV; from here, you get to an equipped kitchen where guests can cook breakfast on their own. Whether they prefer not to enjoy the San Bernardo Restaurant, they can cook lunch or dinner using all the products offered by the Farm Holidays. At the ground floor, you enter a wide bedroom, with a toilet, through an indipendent access. This is a perfect accomodation for families of four people.
- at the first floor, besides a small shared studio, there are four bedrooms for two or three people, everyone provided with a toilet. From the windows of the bedrooms you can enjoy a wide view of the mountains and the plain of Pisa: try yourself to look for the well-known Rocca della Verruca, the Arno River with its bends, which flows into the Sea, the Gorgona Island and the Stone Quarries, typical of Monti Pisani ("Maoni").

Podere "Belvedere"
Once you walked for 500 metres along the dirt road that leads to Podere Cecchetto, turn left at the fork and go on for 200 metres to get to Podere Belvedere (700 metres from Podere San Bernardo). This beautiful rural home opens on to a wide green meadow with an equipped swimming-pool, which overlooks a wonderful view. The meadow is surrounded by fruit trees at guests' disposal.

at the ground floor, there is a shared living room with a table and sideboards, which is ideal for guests who participate to convivial courses or meetings. From here, you enter two kitchens which are equipped for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner with products offered by the Farm Holidays, whether guests prefer not to enjoy the San Bernardo Restaurant. Moreover, you will find two bedrooms with toilets, respectively for two and four people. Close to the ground floor, from a stand-alone entrance, you will find a working wood stove for roasts, barbecues, bread-making, pizzas, etc.
- at the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms, from one to four beds, and two toilets.
This accomodation is suitable for groups or large families.
From the windows of the rural home, you can appreciate breathtaking views of Monti Pisani, the plain, the islands and the sea.
